What Are We Seeking in You?
- Collaborative work with design teams, account services, and stakeholders.
- Document layout and amendments adhering to brand guidelines.
- Formatting long documents with tables, charts, diagrams, and footnotes.
- Creating accessible documents in Microsoft Word and layouts in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Developing branded project collateral and ensuring adherence to studio processes and quality standards.
- Conducting proofing and quality control of artwork.
- Problem-solving layout issues in design software.
- Creating press-ready PDFs and digital assets, including Microsoft documents.
- A proactive, solutions-focused team player with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) on both MAC and PC platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is advantageous.
- Retouching skills are a plus!
