The position:
We have an exciting opportunity to join an international social marketing agency as an Influencer Marketing Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of successful influencer campaigns for the company's clients in Australia, while also collaborating with their international teams. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across various areas will be a critical part of your role.
This role is located in Sydney, four days office based with hybrid/ remote option on Fridays.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead influencer campaigns, ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
Manage both paid influencer campaigns and gifting campaigns, from conceptualisation to reporting.
Develop influencer marketing strategies and concepts for clients.
Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Cultivate client relationships and engage with all stakeholders.
Coordinate resources and external vendors to flawlessly execute projects.
Collaborate with senior management and business development teams to attract new clients and create business proposals.
Communicate directly with clients and the business development team to define and surpass key campaign KPIs.
Assist other departments in influencer collaborations, including gifted influencers for the social management team and organizing influencer participation in relevant events and activations.
Effectively communicate and negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders.
Drive campaign profitability while exceeding key campaign KPIs.
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of all projects.
Maintain post-campaign and ongoing reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
Foster and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
Create and update comprehensive project documentation, sharing it both internally and externally.
Stay informed about industry trends and share key updates with relevant internal stakeholders.
Must-Haves:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or influencer campaigns. Agency experience is desirable (however not limited).
Experience in executing influencer campaigns from start to finish.
Strong understanding of key reporting and digital marketing metrics, including CPM, CPA, ROI, etc.
Ability to work closely with clients, leading campaigns to meet their KPIs and expectations.
Strong organizational skills are essential for this role.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the influencer landscape in Australia, with knowledge of other territories being a plus.
Good understanding of benchmarks in the Australian market.
Current knowledge of social media requirements, guidelines, and regulations for campaign implementation.
Capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Meeting deadlines and execution for projects within scope, and within budget.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and project management software.
