About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Creative to lead a talented team of motion designers and broadcast creatives. You’ll be at the forefront of game-day storytelling, ensuring that brand messages, fan content, and commercial assets are visually unmissable—both in stadiums and across live broadcasts.
This is not a traditional marketing role—it’s about creating visually striking moments that enhance the live sports experience. You’ll work with elite sporting organisations, sponsors, and clubs, ensuring that every visual element on LED displays, big screens, and digital signage is engaging, cohesive, and impactful.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire – Manage and mentor a team of motion designers and broadcast creatives, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Elevate Visuals – Oversee the development of broadcast graphics and motion content that captivates fans and aligns with brand identities.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with sponsors, clubs, and commercial brands to ensure their visual assets shine on match day.
- Creative Direction – Drive ideation, ensuring the seamless execution of visual content across stadiums, screens, and digital platforms.
- Push Boundaries – Stay ahead of design trends and technology, continuously improving the quality and impact of creative assets.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Creative leadership role with a background in digital design, motion graphics, or digital content production
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and motion design tools and a keen desire to master Ross Expression.
- Your experience working in sports, live events, or entertainment will be highly regarded but not essential.
- An understanding of fan engagement essential.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to liaise with major stakeholders and sponsors.
- A natural leader with strong conceptual thinking and ideation abilities—not just a designer, but a storyteller.
