About the Role
This is a studio with a flat structure, a high-trust culture, and a focus on exceptional creative outcomes.
As the Senior Account Director, you’ll:
- Manage project work across branding, campaign, digital, print and experiential
- Work closely with the Design Director and Senior Leadership Team to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Own the day-to-day client relationship (project-level rather than strategic), ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are all on track
- Work across sectors including property, hospitality, lifestyle, and place-based branding projects
- Collaborate with a warm, dedicated team who truly care about the work they produce
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, calm under pressure, and confident navigating a fast-paced creative environment.
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Strong experience in brand and campaign delivery (place or destination branding experience is a bonus)
- Prior design agency experience and confidence managing senior client relationships
- A detail-oriented, process-driven approach to project management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a no-ego, team-first mindset
- Experience managing budgets, proposals, and timelines across multiple projects
- A passion for design and a deep understanding of how to help creatives do their best work
