As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the creative force behind enhancing the company’s online presence, developing cohesive social media content and property promotions that align with brand goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute tailored strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Manage content calendars, track performance, and optimize campaigns using data insights.
- Content Creation & Collaboration: Partner with the graphic designer and leasing agents to plan and create cohesive social media content, property promotions, and digital campaigns that align with brand goals and enhance visibility.
- Paid Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn. Monitor budgets, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and collaborate with influencers to expand reach and foster relationships.
- Social Media Management & Analytics: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn. Track budgets, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and stay informed on trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Brand Strategy & Content Development: Ensure the creation of fresh, relevant content that aligns with company goals. Partner with the research team to design information memorandums and market reports that effectively convey key insights and leasing data.
- Property Listings Management: Optimize property listings for search and lead generation. Work with third-party platforms to manage and track listing performance, suggesting improvements for increased visibility.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Previous experience in real estate marketing is a plus but not essential.
