Your Role:
As the Head of Creative Content, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic content direction. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the development and execution of innovative content strategies that engage both national and international audiences.
Spearheading the integration and coordination of all creative content activities across digital and traditional platforms.
Managing a multidisciplinary team to produce high-quality digital, print, and multimedia content.
Ensuring content aligns with strategic objectives, enhancing the brand and broadening the outreach.
Collaborating with internal and external partners to expand creative horizons and implement cutting-edge content solutions.
What You Bring:
At least 7 years of leadership experience in creative content development within marketing, communications, or a related field.
A proven track record of developing strategic content that effectively communicates and engages a broad audience spectrum.
Expertise in digital transformation and audience engagement strategies, with a strong understanding of how to leverage various platforms for optimal reach and impact.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to guide, inspire, and drive a team towards innovative content solutions.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
Desirable but not essential
Experience in the cultural sector or similar industries, bringing a nuanced approach to content that resonates on a cultural level.
